Red symbolizes energy, passion, strength, courage, physical activity, creativity, warmth, and security.
We first made this shirt in 2017, as a fun way to flaunt the love of our neighborhood. The tee had a good short run and we retired it with no plans of bringing it back in print.
And then the world got shook upside down. Standing firmly in season three of a pandemic and weathering the storms these times bring, we are leaning into community more than ever. Even if it’s from a distance.
Woodlawn is home. Woodlawn is solid. Woodlawn is indeed for lovers. We are proud and grateful to be going strong in the historic neighborhood of Woodlawn in downtown Birmingham, Alabama.
Woodlawn is for lovers.
