Here at Club Duquette we practice happiness and peace in all aspects of life— especially when you order from us. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, let us know ASAP at email@example.com and we will gladly perform an exchange of equal value or transfer your purchase amount to store credit in the form of a gift card. In order to receive an exchange of equal value or store credit the originally purchased item must be received in the following conditions to Club Duquette Headquarters:
- Item must be in new, unworn, unwashed, un-altered (pre-shipped) condition (exclusions include damaged items, in which case Club Duquette must first be notified of damage)
- Original tags must be attached if applicable
- Return shipping cost is buyer's responsibility
- Requests must be made within fourteen (14) business days of delivery date
- Customer is responsible for return shipments, which must include delivery confirmation or tracking (UPS, FedEx, USPS 1st Class Package and USPS Priority all include tracking options)
- Shipment must contain documentation on which the Order # is clearly listed

Once an item is received and confirmed to be in new and undamaged condition, the requested exchange or store credit will be processed to the customer’s account. If an item is received in any state other than the above specified new condition, the agreed upon exchange or store credit may either not be processed at all or reduced in value as a restocking fee. Items that are unsatisfactory for reasons such as, but not limited to, manufacturing defect, packing error or damage during shipping to the provided address for an exact replacement when available. In order to receive the full value of your original purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before attempting to send it back for exchange; if we are not notified of the damage before receiving the item back, we will assume the damage occurred during transit back to Club Duquette HQ. Club Duquette cannot offer exchanges or store credit for items which are not returned to the store, regardless of condition; in order to receive compensation via store credit or exchange of equal value, items which are confirmed to be delivered to the provided shipping address must be returned to Club Duquette.
Items which are not eligible for an exchange or store credit are gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items, and certain perishable items like foods for safety purposes. (We know that certain items like skincare are highly individualized. If you would like a test sample of any of our skincare items, we have testers in store and can also mail them with a purchase! Shoot us a message and we'll hook you up.) If a perishable item is returned in a state of use without prior notice to Club Duquette of a defect or shipping damage within 14 days of delivery (or in store purchase) it will not be eligible for exchange or store credit of any amount.
In the event that an order cannot be fulfilled due to an inventory issue, Club Duquette will approach the customer at the provided communication method to arrange a replacement or store credit of equal value. Please note that if this occurs regarding an order containing multiple items, none of the items in that order will be shipped until a decision has been made regarding the unavailable item.
Please note that Club Duquette is not responsible for any damages that occur to an item while it is being return shipped back to Club Duquette for exchange or store credit, nor is Club Duquette responsible for unsuccessful initial delivery to the customer due to incorrect information provided at the time of checkout. If, for whatever reason, an order is marked undeliverable and sent back to Club Duquette, we will contact the customer using the contact information provided by the customer to troubleshoot.
Please note that items that are on sale or part of a discount deal are considered final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit. Certain exceptions may apply to items damaged during shipping; if you believe your item qualifies as defective per the description above, let us know!
